  8. This mini-player can show any YAFA format animation on any CyberGfx board (it uses only 8bit-modes)
  9. Dont expect it to support every YAFA sub-format, to be too fast or complete in any manner.
  10. It is very stable, though.

  12. It is being developed in my A4000/030 2+16MB + CyberVision64

  16. - It plays from Disk.
  17. - It uses automatic ScreenMode selection via cybergraphics.library
  18. - It uses std XPK and iffparse for decoding/unpacking
  19.  
  20. Bugs/Limitations:

  22. - It cant be stopped. You have to wait until animations finishes.
  23. - It is not very fast. Mainly because the high level functions and sync-io loading.
  24. - It reads but ignores anim-type so only "chunky XPK" can be used.
  25. - It runs as fast as possible. With a 060 will surely mean too fast.

  29. - You can download a bunch of nice animations from aminet/demo/tp95/DATAWORLD.
  30. It is also on the AminetCD 11. The demo is conveniently splitted in several files to keep
  31. the sizes as low as possible.

  33. Well, it is only a sunday-evening project but it really works. I always wanted more animations
  34. to be displayed on the CyberVision, no boring Dbl-slow-scaned AGA, so when recently YAFA docs were
  35. uploaded to aminet I said: Its easy!
